So I spent the better part of the night tonight watching Hide workout from various sources. Man does he ever use a shit load of volume.. Up in the 30 set range.

His one chest workout looked like this:
Pec Deck - 4x15-20
Incline DB press – 4x6-10 (drop on 4th)
Seated machine press – 4x10-15
Incline DB fly – 4x8-15
DB pullover – 3x10-12
Reverse grip machine press – 4x15-20
Close grip DB incline press – 4x10-12
Cable crossover – 4x20
Standing calf raise – 4x20-30
Seated calf raise – 4x15-20

He explains how many reps and sets he's doing in a voice over. 31 sets for chest alone! I don't know how he doesn't die.

Legs:
Lying leg curl - 5x15-20
Lying 1 leg curl - 4x15-20
RDL - 4x15-20
Seated leg curl - 4x15-20
Leg ext - 4x10-20
Squat - 4x10-15
Leg press - 4x50-70
Machine squat - 4x10-15
Lunges - 2 rounds of 30 yards or so it looks like.

33 sets of legs.

How is he able to do this kind of volume without succumbing to over training? Apparently he does a 5 day split also so 2 rest days.
