Do you have what it takes to be a crime fighter? In the traning seaction are the workouts that'll make you one...or at least make you look like one.

I would like to think so but I realized early in life that getting punched in the face really hurts, not to mention my arms and shoulders are much stronger than my wrists. Hitting someone my size never really ends well for anyone. Two 240+ lb people hitting each other, by the end of it, you can't even tell who won because you're both so busted up.

If a little crackhead stole a ladies purse I could probably chase him down and beat him senseless but I would be sore for a month afterwards. Everything you do in your mid 30's seems to hurt now.
