hear are few pics of my transformation
first ones are from fat time then some where loseing fat but no bulk then few of how things are going last ones taken about month or so ago
and now want to add some bulk get that bit bigger
id never trained before then turned 30 saw what i looked like and thought its got to change and now so not been training that long but pleased with what done so far and hope i can reach what im aiming for
