This is a lifestyle... A lifestyle that makes me feel strong and accomplished mentally and physically everyday... "A lifestyle" ...so fad diets are not for me, gimmick commercials claiming a 6 pack in a few days with minimal effort are not for me. It never gets easier... You just get stronger. I'm getting stronger one day, rep, mile at a time.
