Thank you but I just realized that my squat is not real, I am doing this on the Smith machine, and these are only a max rep, 1x maybe 2 on a good day. SO I do not really know what I am doing as far as actuall weight. I am adding that as of now. shakes , oatmeal w/bananas, ALL kinds of foods, apples (red) brown rice , whole grain pasta, quinoa, I feel like I am going to be eating too much and like in the past doing this I gained pretty well about 5 years ago, But my stomach LOL was cut but stuck out farther than my chest ever did. I hatted that.

Ive never squated on a smith machine but ive heard it can be dangerous in the long run because of the unatural motion.

Hmmm. I have started doing alot of dead lifts to help with stablizer muscles if that will help. I just have NO ONE to really spot. Everyone that I've ever had to join me quits on me within a month or less. So i don't really have any options, OR do I??

I have a squat rack at home. If you dont have a rack or spotter im sure the smith machine would work.
I bench by myself in my squat rack too. Its the best peice of equipment ive ever bought
