Hi all,
Right well ive decided to start a fresh training log , my old one was getting less and less and with all the personnal probs that where going on i was having trouble sticking to it.
So here we are a new training log
im aiming to update it after every training session no matter how small and update with a progress pic once a month.
Not really setting myself any goals at the minute , just want to get back into a good routine and as long as my pics seem to be progressing in sum way ill be happy

my routine is ....
mon
4 x 8 Lunges
4 x 8 Bench Press
4 x 8 Pullups
4 x 8 Military Press
4 x 8 Barbell Curls
4 x 8 Ab crunches
wed
4 x 8 Deadlifts
4 x 8 Bent Over Rows
4 x 8 Dumbbell Incline Bench Press
4 x 8 Lateral Raises
4 x 8 Dumbbell Tricep Extensions
4 x 8 Hammer Curls
Friday
3 x 12 Lunges
3 x 12 Dips
3 x 12 Chin-ups
3 x 12 Push Ups
3 x 12 Seated Calf Raises
3 x 12 Ab Crunches
ill also be doing cardio , 10 min cross trainer every morning before breakfast , 20min at night on tue n thurs and 10min before training , 10 min after training on mon , wed , friday.
Weekends will be completly off ....

Hi Andy , yeah starting too !
New Year, new start . No point thinking about the past , time to move on and my main focus is now on my training and adding some lean extra bulk !
I need to really up my food in take at the minute though as i went really low when i was cutting ....

4 x 8 Bent Over Rows 55kg (fairly easy)
4 x 8 Dumbbell Incline Bench Press 22kg each DB (slightly heavier next time)
4 x 8 Lateral Raises 10kg Each DB
4 x 8 Dumbbell Tricep Extensions 14kg DB (easy)
4 x 8 Hammer Curls 14kg Each DB
