2 people inspired me to do what I do,
The first is of course Dorian Yates, for obvious reasons
The second is a friend of mine called Mick, He taught me everything I know about what I do

Got in a car accident and was in a wheel chair and some other stuff happened with my ex so as soon as I could walk I took my walker to the gym and started lifting. Then soon it was graduated to walking with a cane and now I'm squatting 315 ten times eating like a champ and feeling great about my self again.
