surely i'm not the only person who has anemia ,but enjoys bodybuild too.i write this looking for advice to help my problem,having this drags me down ,but i push on.with the help of anadrol & deca from time to time,it keeps my blood levels close to normal.Any help or tipps on treatment to boost those hemoglobin levels?

my wife has anemia.....she just takes iron.

my hemoglobin count runs from 7-10,dont ever really get any higher,some times i peak at 12,no diseases,ive read average levels in a male my age should be 14-17.Iron levels fine and not useful with the form of aniema i have (betathalassemia)

betathalassemia is a genetic disease that causes anaemia, you'll need to consult a doctor
folic acid and iron chelation therapy and blood transfusion are your treatment
