who's doing morning cardio? What's your choice of music? - Something fast paced to blast through a good HIIT session, or something chilled so you can switch off during low-intensity SSCV?

for some reason i only listen to my music wen i work out then wen i do cardio i dont listen to music cause i like to talk to the hotties next to me. i do the stair master or the elliptical 20 to 30 mins depending on how hard of a work i just did. choice of music hip-hop and rap.
