I took 6 months off training" / "I've got an old injury" / "I haven't eaten anything today"...........what's the biggest excuses you hear in the gym after someone's talked themselves up, only to then fail on a spectacularly light weight?

Yeah, haha. My mate had a free session at the gym and then said "yeah I will join on pay day". Hes always eating fast food and junk and now hes started smoking, lol!
