I can't imagine what a gym shesh would be like on this.

My strength increases on test e have blown me away.

I literally dial back because I don't want to hurt myself by not letting my supporting muscle catch up.

weighed in at 201lbs today on May 9th I weighed about 171lbs

May 9th to Oct 10th (I'll start cardio in the spring, this is NO cardio and NO sit-ups...JUST CLEAN DIET) 171lbs to 195lbs
Im missing one leg and in a wheelchair for most of the day, dont let anyone tell you that you cant reach your goals!!
