15 yrs old so 25 years and counting! Its a love and passion that I cant live without. Its like a drug to me that keeps me normal through everyday life and the BS. All my anger gets released on the iron in the gym!

off and on but i was real fat
now at 56 best shape of my life lifting is a religion now Im dedicated
my goal is to compete in a seniors body building contest by the age of 60
