You are correct, this isn't normal. There are many products that do exist that cause no pain or knots. I have never had a problem with HG(human grade) gear. Keep trying, there are products out there.

Yes, You really can not go wrong with GBN.
James, I tried different spots and have also heated up my oils. I guess it's just my bodies reaction to this gear. It suck because I like the prices of kalpa.

I tend to use quads and rotate them . i have never tried delts, i figure they would hurt more being its a smaller muscle
