oh, and if you really want a strong PreWO supp that makes you gag, try NO Shotgun! I like the taste of just about anything... but that was one that made me gag, and gave me the jitters at minimum dosage! Don't know if they've imrpoved on it yet, but it was just horrid!
I just tried the new NO product and it's truly awesome!!! It's called Body Rush. Great pumps, increased stamina, there was absolutely no crash after my workout and it tastes great!!
