I agree. 100% gold standard is amazing . 5grams BCAA's with a good serving of Glutamine and other goodies in just one 24g serving. Doesnt get much better. especially when you factor in the cost . Also as an added upside it doesnt taste like chalk like the Dymatize that was mentioned....yuck!

I would say I'm an ON lover!!

Tried many products over the last 2-3 years and found that ON work best for me.

To be honest never tried ON yet but will do with next supplements shopping :)

i currently use pro complex, 100% gold standard whey, the bcaa complex, amino 2222 liquid and the micronized creatine.

they whey by far is the best whey ive ever used. every supplement review site you look on its up their probably #1 on the list. also they make a very nice 10 pound bag!!! i love it.

the pro complex is a good all around protein. i like to have some in the morning and for mid mornin and mid afternon snacks.

but anyways. O.N. is my #1 supplement manu. everythin i have cept nn.o.xplode and jack3d is O.N.

didnt find the gold standard very cheap over 70$ for the big jug at super supplements and even 20$ more than that at GNC fuck chain stores! but i'm hoping this whey works better than muscle milk which is what i usually use along with some crystalline free form aminos added but gold standard whey should say WHY on the front instead!! lol double rich chocolate my ass more like double funky ass flavored hahahaaa muscle milk is delicious at least the chocolate is so i cant wait til the WHYYYYY is gone!! unless i see some results i wasnt getting from MM then i'll just not breath through my nose until its down like i have been lol one thing thats not even worth the nastiness is that NO-XPLOD shit! didnt do shit for me except a headache and cramps and taste like a sun dried asshole ground up in cat urine hahahaaa nassssttyyy no all day pumps no nothin on one 2 or 3 scoops so thumbs down to that crap for me too much money for a headache i can go listen to any woman and most men for a few seconds if i want a headache hahaaa

Only use ON 100% gold standard just can't go wrong with it. Its not expensive and tastes great.
