Zack Khan's injury exactly how serious was it?
 

Probably not many of you have heard of Zack Khan , a bodybuilder that lives in the UK that suffered a terrible accident while hack squatting 700-800 llbs .This left him unable to walk unaided without crutches and leg braces ,he runs a no frills daily video blog on his road to recovery
This made me wonder considering the heavy poundages bodybuilders use ,how frequent are these type of injuries ranging form the not so serious to the nearly disabling type ! What can we do to try and avoid these things?
