Never had knee problems from squats. Always gets my back first :(

An interesting comment from someone who's only be training for a couple of years.
Some of us can't do squats any more because we've spent years doing heavy squats and our knees are fucked.

You might want to rephrase that comment

i hve had knee problem from squatting so can see what mean injured during squat and couldnt squat or really train legs for long time and few more injurys like this could see why knees could get fucked

comment was ment as light hearted joke

I dont have knee problems, if I use wraps I only use them for my heaviest set ONLY, IMO if you use them all the time you would actually build weak knees cause you need to train the tendons and ligaments for heavy weights too, if you always "spot" them with wraps they will stay weak as your building the muscles around them
