Last month forum is a bit quite, where are you bros? I am sure some are on the beach and may be even dont think about gym and training :) Well, we need rest too, tell us where are you now and how do you spend your time?.... and money LOL

LOL I dont know why I became lazy... I dont even have motivation for hard and intense training...may be this is because of hot summer...what do you think????

Work for me brother. I have been working allot of crazy swing shift hours and when I get home I go strait to bed.
