When tired
 
you've had a long day and are tired - down a pre-workout and hammer it in the gym, or have a chilled out night and train tomorrow?

I pop 3 or 4 Ephidrene and hit the gym, that does the job!

If i feel my body is tired. I rest it up and i always seem to get stronger from resting.

I think you body knows when you need to take it back a little, and you can feel it. If you are on gear and your body feels tired your training hard. Its real hard to over train so you body is just trying to keep up.

I take nothing and go to the gym anyway...

It all works out

I cant take any stims usually....shit gives me anxiety

Most of the time it's just the thought of the intense workout ahead that makes me feel tired. 90% of the time after 15 mins in the gym, start to feel good.
