What is for breakfast today?
Oats and protein powder with water for me.
Definitely love the carb days!!!

bowl of porridge and protien shake at 7am
then 6 eggs scrambeled with glass grape fuite juice at 10am

No carbs for me today. 9 egg whites, 4 slices of no-nitrate bacon & 4oz of low fat, part skim mozzarella all rolled into a nice omelet was for breakfast today.
