Hello all! I'd love to hear what tools you all use to help with over all health. Tools for checking

Body fat %, preferred method? Site calculator?
Blood pressure monitoring?
Blood sugar monitoring?
Blood work?

Any other suggestions?

Once in 10-12 months I do routine blood work to have general view of what is going on inside my body.
