What are some of your goals for 2019?
 
So we are in 2019... I can't believe it it was like yesterday 2000 and now we are in 2019!

Well I will keep to my goals of weekly working out, learning more about my body reading more and adjust my nutrition and workouts as well a recovery in order to benefit my muscle growth and overall look.

My goals for the year are to do the blast I'm about to do and come completely off and hold my weight over 200lbs. I'm 35 yo but my metabolism is still going strong. I was gonna start a cycle today and realized i didn't have but one pin on mlk day so I'll start wed prob maybe thurs. My cycle is
Weeks 1-3
500mg Kalpa test e
600mg deca
50mg tbol/day
600mg npp
300mg tren a
300 mg prop

Weeks 1-15...maybe longer
600mg test e
600mg deca
Last 40 days
50mg prop eod
100mg tren a eod
50mg var per day

Still need to get more proviron and hcg. Caber and aromosin on hand. Never used 2 19-nors at once so i want to be safe. Any tips are welcome=)
