What qualites makes man a MAN?

Something like responsibility, muscular body or honesty? May be all together?

What do you think today's men misses and what is the way we as bodybuilders must live?

I ask this because there are many misconceptions about bodybuilders where others think they are lazy and all use steroids to get big in order to hide their low self-esteem.

What is your opinion guys?

What makes a man a man??? To me his ability to cope or adapt. When things change for better or worse a man will make the most out of it.

A real man makes the world a better place. A real man puts their wife on a pedestal allows her to be free to fulfil her true potential. A real man understands that the little things he does for those around him will be felt long after he is gone. A real man understands that sometimes it is better to be happy than be right.

So how can one be a real man and still be masculine? Can a real man be caring and adore his wife and still love football or some other uber masculine pursuit such as mixed martial arts? You bet. Can a man be a man who is willing to invest time with his children still be successful at work? Of course he can.

A real man is someone who is trustworthy, who isn't afraid to be himself and doesn't do as others around him do by giving into peer pressure

being a real man isn't about how many girls you can pull, how much muscle you have, who can drink the most,

its about respect and being yourself,

because unlike looks, those are the only things in a person which everyone can achieve, the only things anyone and everyone can do, the only way people are the same as each other

I'd say some of the values of a real man would be someone capable of altrism and to be truly happy for others achievements, rather than jealous.

Someone who is supportive and nurturing of those around them, without being all soft and soppy about it.

Someone who invokes confidence in others, commanding presence, leads from the front.

Someone who would never ask of someone, something he couldnt/wouldnt do himself.
