1. to make some t-shirts with clear and call to action message.

Don't feed your kids crap, make sure they eat a healthy well balanced diet
Make sure they get plenty of physical activety

Eliminate FAST FOOD. No Sodas and No Bread i bet would help alot.

Regular exercise, a balanced diet and plenty of liquids(not beer) lol:)
