agree mostly with what he says it is about the training and diet formost
I say if cant get big without them you wont get big or stay big using them

when talk about it don't matter about dose and can make gains on 250mg of test PW yes you could but to be fair if training good few years and made some good gains and you know about diet and training then took 250mg pw would you make gains better of course you would but if upped that to 500mg would the gains be bigger and faster I think they would be

so yes the training and diet is the key number one
but bigger dose will bring better results

obv there is a point where more is not better

I think the main point I took from it was that if you can't train and diet properly without steroids you shouldn't be taking them.

agree I see many people take due to not being able to get bigger and everyone else is bigger due to there use
and they start and put on some weight and strength but all lost once its gone

He's not the first I've heard say take sensible dose. The guy who is the biggest, most cut at my gym, he won't do more than 200mg test a week, and he looks damn amazing. He is a a-hole for that too.

ya diet and training is everything but when it comes to doses everyone is different, when it comes to diet and nutrition tons of people dont take in to account that the bigger you get the more you need to eat, so if you start at 180lbs and your getting great gains and now weigh 210lbs, well now you need for a 210lb person or your just not gonna get anywhere so people in this situation just add more gear and up doses when you coulda just added more food and got the same results, this is where people get confused with hitting a plateau but whats really happening is that they arnt watching there diet, nutrition/protein intake close enough as there getting bigger, you have to watch and calculate the new muscle that you are adding to your body and adjust your nutrition accordingly or your not gonna get anywhere after you hit a certain point....THE BIGGER YOU GET THE MORE YOU GOTTA EAT
