Some newbies questions

So, after I do a cycle of test E, I think it's 12 weeks. How long should I wait before doing another. Or what duration should I wait before pinning again? :)

I hold a tad bit of belly fat, I think it's very stubborn, genetics maybe. I also have a slow metabolism. I can bulk off of 2500 calories a day, that's off cycle. I'm betting on eating more on cycle. I've gone up to 3200, but I gained fat really fast.

Anyways, I'm thinking after I cycle/bulk, I want to cut, but I'll do it the next cycle. See how low of body fat I can go before I bulk again.

Any suggestions on how long to wait, or if my plan makes sense.

After gaining some decent muscle, I'd like to work on looking fit before I bulk again. I've read you go back and forth, but that's why I'm asking you all. I feel you've got a good forum going, and no one has been rude or have told me to F off. LOL!

By the way, I'm 5'10 and 160 right now.

Haha I sent you a pm before I read this. You wait around 3 weeks after your last test pin before starting around 4 weeks of PCT. You are then supposed to wait 12 weeks or whatever your cycle length was before starting again. It'll be difficult but for longevity you really should try.

I think that unless you go stupid with calories you will gain lean muscle and probably lose fat. If you just want huge then eat more and gain some fat as well and sort out the fat gain later. My personal choice is to lean gain and control any fat gain but that's just the way my body works. You'll have 12 weeks to work out what calorie intake works best for you.

Agree with above

Sounds about right. I'll probably eat more than I need to at first so I at least get enough.

with cycling the general rule of thumb is time on plus PCT = time off
so if cycle is 12 weeks then you come off say do 4-6 weeks pct then once pct is completed your off for another 12 weeks
obv not everyone sticks to this

with food intake on a cycle
a standered way of looking at it is 40/40/20 so 40% carbs 40 % protiens and 20% fat
i would try eat two times your bodywieght of protiens and carbs and adjust from there
so 320 protien and 320 carbs and id start at 120 fats with there being 4 cals to protiens and carbs and 9 cals to fat then should tally up to over 3200cals
then can adjust from there if gain to much fat can reduce or if think not eating enough can increase
good way of not putting on to much fat would be to eat carbs during the day and none in the evening
good luck know one but you can learn how your body works
abv the cleaner the source of food he better

This is good advice. Start with this and adjust as necessary. We're all different. For example, only you will now whether too many carbs will turn straight to fat or not.
