You know sometimes you’re just too busy making gains and forget a shaker or 2 in the car, and it sits there for a while. Like a while while. We all know how terrible this is, because someones got to open it and clean it. But even after that it usually still smells, so normally you would just say f*ck it and go buy a new shaker, right?

Soap and water, and then you hit is with some distilled vinegar and a splash of vanilla extract, so it doesn't keep tasting like crap. That is what I do anyway.

jeez, bin it and buy a new one!
