really let's say I weigh 155 lbs and I want 188lbs any advance ?

We wont know what he uses until he confirms such information but what we can do is train hard, recover and repeat. Do our best for us.

I could have sworn there was something out there where he admits to using tren. He may not talk about it, but he sure won't deny it either. His stack would probably break my bank. :D
