Looking cool in the gym

I'm the sort of guy that will just throw on any old vest with some sports shorts... But the amount of effort some people at my gym go trough just to "look" the part, or fashionable, is ridiculous. Here are a couple of my favourite "fashion lifters"

***

subject 1) saggy **** jogging pants tapering towards the calves (revealing the true essence of what it is to skip leg day), high top nike airforce 1 white trainers, yellow stringed vest (it semipermeable fabric allowing the users nipples to pop out of the holes, and displaying an impressive lack of abs/back), New Era fitted cap usually displaying some monosyllabic gangster slang slogan, such as "FRESH", "PIMP", "DOPE" (and/or SnapBack, and/or bandana - depending on the weather)

Habitat subject 1) subject 1 can usually be found curling 10 sets of 10 5kg in the squat rack, before standing in front of everyone flexing their questionable bicep bumps in the mirror.

***

subject 2) full face of make up (applied in the style akin to various 19th century "Impressionist" artists), pink Dre Beats headphones, matching sweatbands on every limb, dick skin thin Lycra jogging pants with diamanté detail, vibrant pink and black "zebra print"... Errrr... Top? Ladies might need to help me out with this item of clothing... It's a mix between a Mexican poncho and an oversized tea towel? It lets you wear it at a jaunty angle (and for the slimmer woman) allowing a cheeky bit of shoulder to show.

Habitat subject 2) Subject 2 will often be tearing up the cardio equipment on the lowest settings, texting, and chatting to their mates whilst lying down on the mats and rolling a medicine ball around the place.

Does anyone else have the pleasure of training in the same vicinity as these breeds of social degenerates?

Almost as annoying as people taking mobile phones in the gym!!

I go in what's comfortable, I don't really care what I look like when I go in, I know I'm gonna look like shit when I leave!!

Up until I started buying my own stuff to lift at home I was the guy working out in steel toe boots, tore up dirty pants and a green shirt with salt rings from sweat all over me lol. Constantly cleaning everything after I used it.
