i think hes hit nail on the head
and he is from that background where shouting and telling the hard truth hurts so thats hes way

agai like him ive been fat and i was lazy mindset crap
i had to change inside to change outside and then whe you do that the skys your limit

i posted one from comedian some blond hair girl on my facebook
and the amount of abuse got from overweight people with there excuses i had to delete it as kicked off but it was always they couldnt do it due to this and that
and they have done the slim fats diet and the 500 cal diets it doesnt work but hell cant suggest maybe that if go gym and eat the right food not products that may work

a girl asked me for advice one time and i gave her training plan and diet but due to it being double what she was eating and not losing she couldnt see it made sense and the fact it had wieght training she looked at me like i was crazy

Oh boy, here we go.

Ok, here is where my Peogressive side kicks in. Here me out.

I don't think it's always so simple as lazy, but sure, it often is. And for those instance, there is likely other root causes, but I'm not sure.

I do know this, statistically, fat shaming has the opposite impact, leading to depression and even worse eating habits.

But whatever, if that's the way so one wants to treat another human, so be it.:(

But let\'s not pretend we\'re doing it to help them, because for the most part, it\'s not helping them.

Lastly, sometimes, it\'s a issue of health, hormonal imbalances, thyroid disorder, etc.

Sure, a person can choose to fight, but the thyroid can cause depression, leading to a whole host of both mental and physical ailments that lead to uncontrollable fat gain.

For those with a disease, I\'m sure fat shaming is gonna do nothing for the person being shamed.

Having said this, sometimes, people just don\'t care, and are content being fat.
