Nonsense. Exercise simply means moving in a manner that increases blood flow and oxygen delivery and/or challenging resistance for planned periods. If you're capable of walking, you're capable of exercising.

Even if you are limited, if you can raise your arms or lift your leg, you can get started. . . .
