Paul Dilett Training
In his heyday, Paul would arrive at the gym at 8 am and do his cardio exercises, later on, he would have his first meal. Paul worked out in the gym at least twice per day.

Then by 12:30 pm, he would work out his muscles; he would do lots of muscle-building exercises after which he would eat a big meal.

He would rest for 3-4 hours then he'd hit the gym again and work on his smaller muscles and do another hour of cardio. Paul repeats this routine every day throughout his days as a professional bodybuilder.
Workout Routine
Paul didn't have a set weekly training routine. However, he trains for four days at a stretch and rests on the fifth day. Then he would start the process from the beginning.

Below is a detailed explanation of what his workout routine looks like:

First Day: Shoulders
Second Day: Quads (Morning), Hamstrings (Evening)
Third-Day: Chest (Morning), Arms (Evening)
Fourth Day: Back
Fifth Day: Rest

Chicken
Egg Whites
Fish
Steak

Paul uses supplements too. When he's not preparing for any bodybuilding event, he only takes whey protein. But as soon as a bodybuilding event is coming up, his diet becomes stricter and he starts taking multivitamins, fish oil, and fat burners.
Idols and Influences
Paul has always been a huge fan of Tom Platz, and Lou Ferringo. He admires their incredible physique, their accomplishments, and the way they train.

And when he joined the bodybuilding industry, he worked hard and trusted the process. It wasn't long before he became a force to be reckoned with.

At one point, he was criticized for having a good physique but doesn't know how to pose. He didn't let that deter him, instead, he trained harder working on his physique and posing.
