Protein shake if there's not a lot of sugars and other useless stuff in there. Plus, no cooking. Well, i guess you could go raw, but that's too hardcore for me.

Personal choice would be protein shakes, unflavoured so no sweet sickly taste.

orange juice,and 9 raw egg whites.raw by its self,hell no,but OJ makes it g2g
