Breaking News - Mr Olympia Judge Lee Thompson Quits IFBB

Mr Olympia judge Lee Thompson quits IFBB and announces new bodybuilding federation.

It seems the IFBB is slowly crumbling down…

In the light of what has probably been the biggest scandal to hit the bodybuilding industry in a while, the saga has continued to take unpredictable twists. Following the news of Kai Greene being banned from competing at this year’s Mr Olympia, worldl renowned and highly respected Mr. Olympia judge Lee Thompson has followed suit and has proceeded to cut all ties with the IFBB. He has now taken it upon himself to bring in a new federation, that will allow competitors from IFBB, and WBFF (amongst other federations), to come together and compete.

Oh man, I love it. It could be a slight bump in the road for the sport, but could have positive impact down the road. Phil seemed like a complete arse with his Kai comment, even if they were true.

He should have said Jai would be missed, and that they have to move on.

Thank you for the news, did not know about this but it sounds good if in reality all bb-ers from all federations will be able to compete in one contest and win cash.

Let's see what Arnold will say/do.
