blood pressure

How much does your BP jump up when your "on" Is there a average or is it strictly on a person to person basis

I can tell you after the cycle I just came off of my normal is usually around 117/74 but while on cycle I have gone up to 124/90. It really varies person to person but there are alot of factors that come into play like previous history, diet the amount of work you putting in and also the type of cycle you are on.
You must also take consistent readings with correct cuff etc...I have experienced a jump of 10 pts or more previously if using a large cuff at the doc where I need and normally use an xl cuff. I got some odd readings once and sure enough they used wrong size.

What are you experiencing?

Oh ok. Yeah it will raise you bp slightly but it should not put you in dangerous levels if that is your concern. If you have normal bp currently you will have elevated bp after awhile but should not raise to exteme readings. Water retention during a cycle also causes elevated bp that goes hand in hand with the synthetics. I usually can control the water bloat with arimidex/anastrozole.

Keep a log of your readings and always try to take them same time and in the same setting as before.

Good luck!

Hawthorn berry is wonderful to help with bp and the heart.

I will have some of this on stock when I start mine. I recently tried a prohormone(did nothing but bloat me and raise bp) so I plan on being prepared just incase
