Advice please

Hi there names Will I'm looking for some advice. I'm 37 6.3 264lb @17 bf. I'm running out of steam and looking to jump on a cycle Nothing huge just enough to push past this plateau and get that incredible pump you can only get while "ON". So any advice would be helpful. Please no haters I'm sensitive. Lol.

If this is your first cycle the you would be better off sticking with the standard starting point of 500mg of Testosterone per week for 10 weeks.
It's a good basic starter and you should see some decent results

Thanks for the reply I was thinking the same maybe 12 weeks of test @500mg and 50/60 my of dbols per day. Now Shen do I start the d bols. And I have nova for pct. How much do I need to take per day. Also. I am thinking about bridging to my next cycle so how do I go about that. Also I have done a cycle in the past but it was 10 years ago

Get some more experience before you think about bridging.
Start the Dbol on day 1 of the cycle - 50mg per day for 4 or 5 weeks

Why do I need more experiance. I was told it was better to bridge then to take 10 weeks off and start again.

So why is it better to bridge?
You said you just wanted to push past a plateau so why do you need to bridge to the next cycle?
Do you compete?
If you don't compete why do you need to be permanently on gear?
It's far better to let your body have a break and get back to normal than it is to be on gear with no break

I don't think its nessasary however starting my cycle soon Would have ending in April and I want to be in te best shape of my life for the entire summer. I'm getting married and don't want to lose my gains before summer ends

Then try Primobolan, You can run it safely for up to 20 weeks and you will keep most of your gains with Primo.
It works out expensive but it's worth it.
600 to 800mg per week, you'll be suprised at how good it is.

Congratulations on the wedding

thank you sir for your advice. I already half my cylce and its paid for so I really dont want to buy primo now.

Would running 500mg of test and 50 mg d bol be enough for me. Also I am not at my ideal bf% SO am I being counter productive or is it beneficial to sart my cycle now. thanks

Only a millionaire could afford a 20 week 800mg/week primo cycle lol
