So 2011 is drawing to a close, did you achieve your goal this year and are you making fitness resolutions for next year?

No goal for this year. Besides a 3 plate dead and I hit that in like febuary lol. My goal for the summer is a very lean 200. And I'd like to be a lean 240 someday. Maybe in 5 years.
