Weird PIP
 

A buddy is running his first Cycle, I have him on 500mg Sustanon a week with 20mg dbol pre-workout.

First pin he was shaking like a leaf and got some wicked PIP.(Right Quad)
Second pin I did for him. Nearly zero PIP(Left Delt)
Third pin I did again. Wicked pain for nearly a week.(Right Delt)
Fourth pin he did, nearly zero pip.(Left Quad)

Now his description of the pain.

"Feels like I have been hit in the arm with a bat, my fingers are numb and moving my arm makes me want to pass out."

So today, I have him do light bench(135)
He cranks out three reps before racking it and gasping in pain. I tell him no more bench and to take it easy on his arm, no sense in hurting himself.

He decides to try pec dec. With the exception of getting started he cranks them out and maxes out the machine without issue. Only to stop and complain of searing pain again.

Moving on.

A few more "exercises"(Against my advice) he gives up for the day and packs up.

I text him later after telling him to take a hot shower and stretch his arm. He says he went back to the gym and sucked it up. Pain is way less now but still pretty bad.

I remember having wicked PIP my first cycle, but nothing like he is describing.

Anyone ever have anything like that? Any good home remedies?

tell him to take 20mg a day of the man up pill lmao

pip does hurt sometimes worse than others
me personally if i was doing quads thats where i would stick to i feel if keep doing it same muscle it gets bit used to it and pain is less obv can change from leg to leg each pin
i feel changing places makes it hurt more i have only changed when was doing prop due to EOD pins

it looks like the matter is in injection procedure as the product is the same but pip appears from time to time.

I used to inject twice in traps, man that is one of the craziest PIP's I had, I dont want to repeat that.

What I want to say with this is that everyone has his "sensible muscles".
