Taking a break between cycles
 
Been pretty consistant
lift three days a week cardio 30 mins to 1 hour 5 days a week

Work schedule has really sucked as I work 1700 until 0500 it means there is little time for food workout sex sleep (Im told by my boss that sleep is overrated)

Anyway I went to the Doc a couple days ago to see about a little nip and tuck to get rid of loose skin that I cant tighten up or lose. Doc said it would not matter how lean I got the loose skin would always be there and there is only one answer ( remove it) So Im saving up the 7500 bucks to do that.

Sort of depressing. It will mean 6 weeks layoff of workouts.

Ive got the Oral Tren ordered along with some Test C and I have some Omandran on hand SO
Ill run that at

500-750mcgm of oral tren for 4 weeks
liv 52 ( ordered) for 2 weeks prior and all through as well as 4 weeks after the tren
Test c at 250 a week and Omandran at 250 a week I have enough for 10 weeks.

Ill run clen at 160 and t-3 at 50 ( my normal dose) for two weeks on and two weeks off. That is a pretty much continuous schedule.


Lastly taking a break for the heavy lifting until i start this cycle. Im clearly more motivated when on cycle. Mentally I dont want to waste the gear so the workouts are better more consistant and looked forward to.


Ill take pics before I start and after the 10 weeks.

Think this layoff of a couple weeks will really set me back? Hope not.

Some layoff is a good thing to do once or twice a year. It helps the muscles, joints and nerv system to relax. I would make it 10 days though, after that period of time you might be relaxing too much as I've heard the body starts dissolving muscle mass that it doesn't 'need' after 10 days more or less.

i should have the rest of my gear before then and ill start again on MY road to the (old man) stage

You wont lose muscle after 10 days ur body will go flat for most people as its not being put under tenstion you will look smaller even doe u will weight the same as long as you eat enough ul be fine ever when you do lose muscle u will gain it back very fast off or on gear :)

down about 10 pounds
but ive also been on clen and t3 Ive stopped that as Im down in pounds enough

My next cycle ( oral tren, test, omandran) will be here in a day or so and ill start then

what I am finding is Im very low on stamina. Finding Im a little dizzy when I stand up

How many weeks do you take off between cycles some say 4-8 weeks Im in week 3 and ready to start again. Im finishing with clomide and nolva should I start again right away?

ive been off aas about 15 weeks
the clen I cycle 2 on 2 off

but ive dropped too much weight so im not using that for a while

my stuff arrived today so im ready to restart
all im waiting on is the cabaser as soon as that arrives im good to go

wait did you do T3 off cycle? at what dose? T3 can/will make you lose muscle mass one tab mightnt or mightnt be to much but any more than that deffo will

no t3 off cycle

only t3 50 mg and 160 mg clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
