No more dreading injections!!
 

I've been cycling on and off for about 8 years. I always rotate my injection spots, but the primary ones I use are quads/glutes/delts/tris. However I've also done bis/lats/calves many times. Over time I've begun to dread my injections and sometimes even miss them because I don't want to feel the sting. I've just recently figured out the solution to my problem though. I do my injections after a really hot shower now and honestly I can barely (often NO AT ALL) even feel the needle....I seriously have to double check half the time to make sure it's really in. The sight soarness is a different story but my battle with the dread of injecting is officially over. If you haven't tried this way do it and let me know how it works for you. :D

Im going to give that a try. I stick to outer thighs/legs. I dont have scar tissue built up or anything. But i also do shoulders.
