ok all im on my first cycle week 7 test e 250 mg twice a week injections with no side affects can I add anadrol or should I wait.

any advice appreciated..

You shouldn't even be thinking of something like Anadrol until you have a lot more experience.

There is a well known saying about Anadrol: "Gain 20lbs in 4 weeks, Drop dead in 6!"

With your first cycle, stick to test only

im just trying to add something with my test to get bigger that's all...

If you really want to add something to the test, try Dianabol at 50mg per day for 4 weeks

yes, you'll get better results if you take it while on test
