Methylhydroxynandrolone
 

Hey everyone

Can anyone tell me the best time to take Methylhydroxynandrolone. I was going to take it first think in the morning when I wake up. I train 1.5 hours after waking up. Or would it be better to take it right before bed then by training would start 11 hours later ?

I was going to start with 5 mg for a 6 week cycle. This would be my first cycle so I wanted to go with a lower dose.

I just found out I am Celiac, so I am just letting my body adjust to my new wheat free diet then I will start my cycle.

I will let you know how it goes once I start
