Default lean mass cycle?

hiegh 5'11
weight 15 stone(dont no what that is in pounds)
bf ? But waist is 34 inchs
age 32
been training years now and taking gear for a few to, from my first cycle ive always just done 14 weeks deca 300mg a week and 16 sust 300 mg twice a week and a stand pct of nolvadex and vit E. If it works keep it simple i think. Ive never displayed and real sides just a bit of acne on the back that comes out about week 12. The problem ive had is when ive pissed the water away i look tight on shoulders, arms, and chest as i suffer very little water retention. But cant get that waist line down to 32 inchs and as soon as i up the cardio when im off cycle i start to lose the gains my diet and training are sound as im ex forces back then 28 inchs was easy but i was only 12 stone lol.Right to the point im going to try a lean mass cycle and would like ur thoughts,as i only pin twice a week
week 1-8 50 mg a day winny tabs
week 1-16 200mg sust twice a week
week1-13 200 mg tren E twice a week
pct 19 - 23 nolva clomid vit e
i no post is a bit long but no u guys like a bit background history cheers lads
