Help Test and Deca Cycle
 
this is my first cycle. Ive been told to run 500mg of test a week and 250mg of deca till week 14 and then boost up to 750mg of test and 400 mg of deca till week 20. I also have exemastane and clomid for PCT please advise. I way 155 LBS now and am 24 years old. Please help !!!! Another thing I have a question on they tell me I need to diet. I usually eat 3 big meals a day I have a fast metabolism. please help. Thanks.

First things first who ever gave you that info on a first cycle should be shot.
DO NOT LISTEN TO ADVICE LIKE THAT

We need to know a few things about you before we can adise you,
How long have you been training?
Do you have any knowledge what so ever about anabolic steroids?
Steroids will not work unless you have your diet sorted and a proper training program, they are not miracle drugs all they do is assist, What is your current training program like? in detail please
Do you have any knowledge of weight training?
What do you want the gear to do?
What do you expect the gear to do?

Thanks for your resonse Cornish. Im currently 5'7 athletic body type nothing mayor. Ive been working out for about 4 years on and off. I tend to lose weight quick if I dont use supplements and I dont work out. I dont have any knowledge on steroids I allready have the gear but Im just going by advise right now. For the past 2 weeks Ive been trying to eat right and it seems like Im always hungry. Ive been eating like 6 boiled eggwhites, i cup grits, 1 cup cereal, yogurt, fruits and juice for breakfast.

Lunch is like breast meat alot of salad and alot of fruit and potatoe.

Dinner is also meat with lots of salads and fruits.
In between meals I would drink 2 50 g protein shakes nitrotech.
I want to gain muscle mass. I wanna grow at least 25 to 30 lbs in pure muscle.
I just started the kris gethin 12 week workout its on bodybuilding.com
Basically its chest and triceps the day 1
legs day 2
back and biceps day 3
shoulders calves and abs day 4
day 5 is a little of everything
day 6 is leg supersets.
thanks for your advice. He tells me I should do a 20 week cycle because test e starts kicking in like week 8 or 9 so its not worth stopping at 12weeks. please help.
