what do u mean greens? what size pins are you using? what part of the leg are you pinning? how much do u pin at a time? and how long have you been pinning your thighs? with most people the thighs are the least painful to pin. and ive always contributed that to the fact you can use both hands and be extremely steady with it. unlike one handed delt pins, or twisted glute pins.

Greens which are 21 gauge 1.5 inch pins ,usually 2ml but slowly probably take around 2-3 mins , i pin about half way down the quad just slightly to the right hand side of it ,usually swap between glutes and quads havent been doing my quads for long to be honest but i find my left glute akward as hell !
