I'm attaching this link, as you have questions about PCT. The article is written by Bill Roberts. I make no personal claim about being an expert with regards to PCT, but this regime has worked well for me. Doing an internet search for PCT can be confusing, because there are all sorts of opinions on the subject. Best I can say is do your homework on the subject. In the article is a discussion about Nolvadex and Clomid, that you might find informative, as you are listing using both Clomid and Nolvadex together for PCT.
