Was a fat bastard

Now not so much

315 down to 168 backup to 205 with several cycles

but because of old weight i had i have some stretched skin around the middle.

im getting ready to run a cutting cycle and see where i end up after that but i know ill have some skin i just cant get rid of

SO im looking at going under a liposuction and skin tighting to fix that BUT before for that im going to go of as clean a diet as I can''So here is what Im asking


Someone here design a clean diet for me. One to lose the fat without sacrificing the gains Ive worked so hard for..

Ill follow it and report back Any one what to help an OLDDOG?
