I don't mind the eod /e3d it just the "kick " from the prop is making me sore

i was thinking enth would create a bit of drop in blood levels as it take 3-4 to reach its peak blood levels where as sust would be more effective in the shorter time i have left ...4-5 weeks ?

does sust have the kick to it that prop does?
