Advice on a good bulking cycle
 
cI need advice on a good bulking cycle. Like a 10 to 12 week cycle. If you can tell me what to take and how many weeks and also how many bottles of 10cc I need to buy? Thanks Alot:D

First If you are less than 22 years old I would say wait and ask for the cycle for your birthday. Seriously.



The best safe first time bulking cycle IMO is 500 mgs Test-e or 500mgs Sustanton. No orals because you want to see how your body handles estrogen and other factors. If your only using one substance, you can pinpoint the remedy faster.


Best second-time bulking cycle? Same as above but add some d-bol, say 20 to 30 mgs a day for the first 5 weeks


Best 3rd-time bulking cycle? Same as second time cycle but add say 300 -400mgs of Deca Test,Deca,d-bol) The classic Bulking cycle.

You need to know about you ptc or you #1 risk gyno, #2 risk loosing more than half of your gains

You should purchase minimum 1 pac of Nolvadex and 1 pac of Clomid. The Geneza stuff is only like $15 and $16 dollars or so.

So, for a ten week 1st time cycle

Test-e 250 or sus 270 you will need two viles. With the sus 270 yo can do like 540 mgs a week for 10 weeks, or 450 mgs for 12 weeks if I remember right.

IMO 10 weeks is good for a first. When I did my first I used sus at only 400mgs and my body changed totally. I noticed the big gains slowing down after week eight.

It really blows your mind when you catch yourself in a gym mirror after a heavy workout and say, "Holy FCK...is that really me?"

Pm me if you want to talk more. I'm sure some others will post here to. The above is JMO, but I think its pretty main stream opinion on this matter.

Actually paul wrote everything correct, if that is your first cycle and you have at least 4 years of natural training then 12 week of testosterone enanthate or cypionate @500mg/week split into 2 dosages would be great, but let us know more about you, your goals and your current stats.
