22 (2nd Cycle)
 
For my first cycle i did

4 weeks
Dball (oral)
Test E (600 a week)

4-8 weeks
Tren
Test E (600 a week)

8-12
Test E (600 a week)

I did 2 injections a week (i believe Monday and Thursdays)
then did 6 weeks of post steroids.

Im curious what i should do this time?

I am going for a model style body, as in lean muscle very cut but semi big.
My diet consist of meats, veggies, chicken, etc (Paleo)
No dairy, carbs, etc.

I do how ever use protein after work out, which does contain some carbs but i use water.

So what should i do this time?

Also my workout schedule was the push pull method.

Day 1
Legs/Abs/Shoulders

Day 2
Chest/Tris

Day 3
Back/Bis

Day 4
Rest/Cardio

then repeat

what results did your get from your first cycle?

DO you know what your tdee is?

I tend to eat a lower carb paleo diet with refeeds.

Last cycle I went from 160 to 195lbs.. then after cycle dropped down to 183lbs. So i gained still a lot and kept a lot but if i could hit 200 and keep it.
Also i used Nolva for my post workout

if you want to have quality muscles, switch to test prop 100mg/eod with winstrol depot or anavar.
That will work and PLEASE each 2 months change your workout routine as this is the way to shock muscles and if you want them growing you need to keep them shocked.

Do not think that adding as many as possible steroids and raising the dosage is the solution!

Keep a log here, you can add some pics, we will watch your progress and help you.

Very cool.. And switch it how? Different days or a complete different workout.
Like going from push pull
to
5 x 5?

or just switch the days around?

Also what would the cycle look like?

week 1-4
Test P (how much ml a week and how many shots a week?)
Winstrol (Oral? Injection?)
week 4-8
continue?

Regarding workouts ask Jax what he meant but regarding cycle I will post my 2 cents:

Version 1
weeks
1-12 test prop 100mg/eod
8-12 anavar 40mg/day

Version 2
weeks
1-12 test prop 100mg/eod
8-12 winstrol injections 100mg/eod

I'm sorry if i sound new (kind of am since my friend helped me with last cycle) what is mg/EOD? Oral?

mg=milligrams; EOD = every other day

Test P retains less water thus you will get more defined look and that is what you want now.

Changing your training program every 6 to 8 weeks doesn't mean that you have to change to something completely different(although you can if you want) it can be as simple as changing the exercises or even the order you perform them

Alright so
I'm going to do

1-12 test prop 100mg/eod
8-12 winstrol injections 100mg/eod
How many vials do i need of each ? 3 test p and 2 winny?

should i add dbol for the first 4 weeks?

What type of work outs do you recommend for this type of cycle?
5 x 5?
Push Pull?
etc
